About Us
DSES is a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2017 with the primary objective to establish, manage, maintain, administer, promote and subsidise educational institutions, computer literacy centres, schools, colleges, institutions for study and research, centres of learning, reading rooms and other institutions for basic education, adult literacy, advanced studies with the permission of competent authority but not to act as a degree awarding institute.

Our Story
The GROUND LEVEL SCHOOL (GLS) is a humble initiative started by a group of professionals based in and out of Pakistan to unlock the talent of young individuals whose potential can extinguish and may go unnoticed without this support.
To secure the future of children hailing from underprivileged backgrounds, the GLS team decided to extend helping hands to give the future generation a better tomorrow and play an active part in uplifting the future of Pakistan. GLS is a charity school where premium quality education is provided in a conducive learning environment to inculcate the modern skills to survive in the technological era.
Since April 2022, GLS evolved as a private co-educational regular school and has been providing students with an International standard British Education from PlayGroup to Grade-VIII in collaboration with Digital Singular Education System as a registered school with Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA).

GLS aims to bridge the education gap and create opportunities for disadvantaged students through innovative digital learning methods with a transformative educational approach. We aim to create an inclusive and equitable society where every child has the chance to thrive and succeed.

Our aim is to make a compact attempt in broadening students' horizons of the world, personality refinement and self-realisation, for our youth to succeed with every single step towards betterment.

Principal's Profile
Fariha Rafiq is the Principal of GROUND LEVEL SCHOOL, Tarlai Campus, in Islamabad, Pakistan. She has been associated with the education sector for over two decades and has a wealth of experience in teaching, administration and leadership. She is passionate about providing quality education to youngsters and is committed to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Ms. Rafique holds a Master's degree in Economics and has attended numerous professional development programs and workshops. She is a strong advocate for innovative teaching methods and believes in fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
